1 Product development meeting
- Market channel selection.
- Based on the selected channel properties, evaluate required product types and items.
- Customer provides product costs, and discuss feasibilities.
2Product development and sample production- Based on the conclusion of product development meeting, Polou research and development department researches and produces samples for customer to verify product quality and performance.
- If customer does not satisfy with the quality and performance of samples, research and development, based on customer test results and discussion, remakes the samples.
3 Product test report- After samples are approved and verified by customer, Polou provides reliability experiment and performance testing data to customer.
4Packaging material discussions- Provide the latest domestic and international cosmetic packaging materials to customer as reference.
5Project personnel design- Hire outside cosmetics professional design specialists to provide project design service for the customer. Provide the best fees and satisfactory services.
6Packaging design proposal discussion- After customer confirmed packaging materials, provide product design concept drawings to customer. After customer approval then finalize the drawing and contract to start printing.

Product production material formulation
- Research and development personnel establish SOP for customer approved samples, and transfer to production department to prepare pre-production material formulation.
Start production- After formulation personnel completed material formulation, notify QC personnel. After tested and verified, the materials are sent to production room to start production.
Product filling- After tested by QC personnel, the production of products is completed and products are sent to filling room to complete filling and bottling.
Packaging and stamp production date- After bottling, send to packaging room to complete packaging. On the outside the box, computer is used to print production date.
Box up products and shipment- After verified by QC personnel, box up the products and ship out.
Retain product sample and filing- Finally, sample the shipped customer products, mark with customer name, product number, product name, production date, and effective date etc. Save in cabinet and file in filing cabinets.
